Tips
The Pennsauken Township Police Department now accepts anonymous tips from anywhere in Pennsauken. If you see something suspicious in your community or have specific information about a crime that has occurred in your area, please submit any information, photos, or videos in the form below. Tips will be reviewed by the Pennsauken Township Police Officers, who may respond to your tip in whichever format you submit it. Tips are entirely anonymous, and your contact information is not transmitted to officers. Please do not use this form to report emergencies or requests that require immediate law enforcement response. In an emergency, always call 911.
OPTION 1 – SUBMIT A TIP VIA TEXT MESSAGE
To send an anonymous tip, via text message to the Pennsauken Township Police Department, text the keyword Penntwp followed by a space and your tip to 847411 (example Penntwp - I observed somthing I think you should be aware of).
When the text message is sent to the Pennsauken Township Police Department the tipster’s cellular phone number is completely anonymous and is never received by the Pennsauken Township Police Department.
OPTION 2 – DOWNLOAD THE PENNSAUKEN TOWNSHIP PD TIP APP
In addition to submitting tips, tip411 assists the Pennsauken Township Police Department in communicating with community members on important public safety matters by sending public safety alerts. Community members can sign up for all Pennsauken Township Police Department alerts or customize their alerts. Types of alerts may be Township events, Community Policing events, public safety messages, re-routing traffic due to an accident, or other public safety matters. Once downloaded, there are numerous alert groups to sign up for. On the web version of the app there is a description of what each one is. If you find that you are getting too many alerts you can always go back and change which groups you are subscribed to.
After you download the App and create an account it will ask you to chose a group or groups to sign up for. If you decide not to choose all the groups and need help finding what district you live in, please click on the districts below to see a map of each.
OPTION 3 – FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW
Use the form below to submit your anonymous tip online. After submitting a tip using the web service, you will be assigned a six-digit code with numbers and letters. That is your anonymous ID to log back into the system.
